All items are sent out via Australia Post using the Express Shipping option.
This is the best option available to get your brand new goodies on the way to you in the quickest time possible.
You will be provided with tracking details and tracking up dates through Australia Post via email & through your Shopify App.
All items are shipped from Katherine, Northern Territory. Being that Katherine is a regional centre it can take a few extra days to get out of the Northern Territory, however this is why Express Shipping is the defaulted option.
**PLEASE NOTE: With the current delays happening at Australia Post, items are taking longer to get to some customers. This is beyond the control of WillowBlu and although we will provide as much assistance as possible, once an item is released to Australia Post, the shipping time really is out of our control. I really do apologise for the delays that some have experienced.**
RETURNS
Our returns policy last 14 days from date of purchase instore, or date of delivery for an online order. Please do not get offended if your request for a return outside of the 14 day timeframe, is denied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The garment must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed & with the tags still attached. There must not be any strange odours or any marks on the garment.
If you have done any of the above, you are not able to return the garment, unless faulty.
Due to hygiene reasons swimwear, earrings & underwear cannot be returned.
Gift vouchers are not able to be returned.
Gift Vouchers last for 3 years from the date of purchase. They are not redeemable for cash and cash change is not given. The voucher will remain to have a balance until the entire value has been redeemed. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online or instore.
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on clearance or sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to colour, size and fit.
Please choose carefully and ensure that you read the detailed size description & measurements provided for each item.
WillowBlu Boutique will only replace Sale items if they are defective or damaged.
Should you choose to return your item, please note that you are responsible for paying your own return postage to WillowBlu Boutique. Express shipping is the fastest option and always send tracked postage.
STORE CREDIT AND REFUNDS
If you do return your item within the returns policy timeframe of 14 days you will only be issued with a store credit.
Please do not get offended when your request for a refund is denied.
If an item is faulty a replacement will be offered. If there is no replacement item available you will be offered a store credit, or a financial refund, if requested.
Please note that a financial refund is only provided on faulty items. All returns for fit or change of mind will be provided with store credit.
RETURNS PROCESS:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase if made instore, or an order number if purchased online.
There are certain situations where only partial store credits are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item & we will either send a replacement item back to you once postage has been paid, or we will issue you with a store credit.
If your item is faulty and we have a replacement available, your item will be sent to you via Express Post through Australia Post, at the expense of WillowBlu Boutique.
If you choose to take a store credit, this will be issued to you within 3 business days.
If you choose a financial refund, the funds will be returned to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Express & tracked shipping is recommended for the fastest service available into the Northern Territory. Tracking allows you to see if we have received the items back into our care.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LEATHER GOODS
Please note that on leather goods, the replacement warranty is 6 months for defective workmanship. Wear and tear, including overloading the bag or wallet, is not considered defective workmanship. Please remember to not overload wallets as this can cause the zippers to malfunction – this is not covered under defective workmanship.
